What is Our Mission?

"To make the world a more ethical place, one organisation at a time".

We fulfil our mission by helping organisations build transparent, fairer environments for their employees and stakeholders.

Are We Part of Your Organisation?

No - We are completely independent to your organisation.

We are hired directly by your organisation to promote a more transparent and ethical culture to give you an opportunity to raise concerns without going through the traditional hierarchical channels.   This makes us unbiased, putting us in the position of being able to investigate issues without bias.

What Happens When You Raise a Concern?

Once a report is filed with us, the Board is advised of a summary of the report/issue raised. We then work with HR to investigate your concerns.  Your identity is kept confidential unless you advise otherwise.

If the nature of your complaint is such that the disclosure of the matter to the Board or to HR will result in your identity being revealed, we will get your prior consent.  If you do not provide your consent, we may not be able to investigate the matter as your privacy is of paramount importance to us.

How Are Investigations Conducted?

Once we receive your report and have approval to investigate, we will engage with your HR team to access the necessary information, resources and people.

If your identity is known to us, we will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation.

What do We do With Your Personal Information?

As a reporter, information that is personal sensitive information (such as your name), will not be divulged during the process.   While we advise the Board of the report/complaint that has been lodged, we will not disclose your name unless your authorised us to do so.

If we cannot investigate the complaint without disclosing your name, we will contact you first and obtain your consent.  If you do not consent, we may not be in a position to investigate the complaint.   You can find our Terms and Privacy Policy here.

Can You Make an Anonymous Report?

Short answer is YES!  You can also use a pseudonym.  You don't need to provide your real name when you make a complaint.

Can You Meet us in Person?

Of course.  Email or call us and we are happy to meet you in person or online via Teams or Whatsapp.  Use our Contact Us form to get in touch.

Who Can Report A Concern?

Any one associated with the organisation can report a concern.  You could be an permanent employee, a casual employee, a contractor, a supplier or an associate of someone who works in the organisation.
